Day 3: Lunch Braised Beef, Mushroom, and Cauliflower



WHOLEFOODS is the place to go for a clean and delicious lunch.


Today I got the braised beef w/ mushrooms & cauliflower.


only ate half and satisfied. I can definately eat all of it but it would defeat the purpose of conscience eating. "Be listen to your brain signals telling you your full. Not your stomach."

  1. Question: I cooked braised chicken, do you know a good substitute for orange juice, honey, and soy sauce? Real orange, I can see, but all high in sugar or salt...I'm all about portion control but if I can reduce without sacrificing on taste would be awesome. So either on this blog or your other or even both would you please do a blog on better substitutions...thanks :) BTW keep up the good work on your lifestyle and blog
